🌲Woods to Water MN: Local experts who live, work, and play where we sell.

It’s all about connection — to place, to people, and to the lifestyle that makes Minnesota living so special. From full-time homes and lakefront retreats to short-term rentals and investment properties, we bring it all together under one roof.

🍂 A collective of locals, dreamers, and doers living the lake lifestyle we help others find.

Boutique by design. Local by heart. All-encompassing by nature.

Nominations Needed THIS WEEK! 🎁

It’s that time again—another year of rallying together to bring joy, hope, and relief to a local family in need. For the 7th year in a row, Woods to Water is proud to captain a team with Best Christmas Ever (BCE), a nonprofit that surprises families who’ve fallen on hard times (through no fault of their own) with a life-changing holiday blessing.

✨ We’re asking for your help. Do you know a local family who could use a little extra light this Christmas? Someone who’s quietly weathered a tough year and deserves a reminder that their community cares?

👉 Nominate a family today!
Nominations close this November 1st, and late submissions cannot be accepted.

📝 Families must:
• Have at least one child under 18 living at home
• Be nominated by someone outside their household
• Be unaware they’re being nominated (it’s a complete surprise!)
• Have fallen on hard times through no fault of their own

💫 BCE is all about lifting up families, restoring hope, and reminding our neighbors that they’re not alone. Together, we can make this a Christmas to remember.

Submit your nomination by November 1st using the official BCE form below ⬇️
