Had the absolute best time at @aaltotonic over the weekend doing their hot and cold contrast room, their infrared sauna was pure magic, the panels on the back of the sauna are red light therapy and help with skin and sore muscles, the cold plunge was coooldddd but was so good for a mental challenge, always using breathwork inside the sauna to support me to enter into the cold plunge and last!❤️‍🔥🩵❤️‍🔥

Yet another amazing supporter to our fundraising event, Aalto & Tonic in Edithvale, who have donated a voucher to enjoy some incredible healing and revitalising experiences. I feel like this is something the Frocktober & Fizz committee are definitely going to need ourselves after the big event. A whole lot of hours have gone into putting it all together! Head to the @aaltotonic page to check out their offerings, and don’t forget to head to the bio here to purchase your tickets. You better get onto it though, the ticket sales have really ramped up this weekend 👏#frocktailandfizz2026 #frocktober2026 #communitysupport #saunatherapy #wellnes

Come along with me to stimulate my lymphatic system in the sauna with @aaltotonic !! 😍😍😍

I had taken my body brush with me to stimulate the detoxification process prior to a good sweat from a sauna! By opening and stimulating the lymph nodes before heat therapy, it will help boost detoxification whilst increasing circulation! Enhancing your results 🥰🥰

If you haven’t seen already - the beautiful girls from @aaltotonic and I have launched a lymphatic package that is available to book via the link in their bio! This includes 2 discounted body lymphatic treatments with me along with discounted saunas with the girls from Aalto! The package is valued at over $900 and is available to book for only $495!!! A bargain if you ask me!!! Not only that, you’ll receive a complimentary body brush and lymphatic tea with this package! Just keeps getting better and better!

If you’re ready to detox on another level we got you covered!! 😍😍😍

A little reminder that taking time for yourself isn’t selfish… it’s necessary 🤍

Today was all about slowing down, resetting and filling my own cup ✨

🤍 Reformer Pilates @kxpilateschelsea
🤍 Organic relaxation massage @endota
🤍 Sauna session @aaltotonic
🤍 Reading my book on the beach
🤍 Then home for quality time with my family

As mums, it’s so easy to spend every minute looking after everyone else that we forget to check in with ourselves.

I’m learning that a little intentional “me time” can make such a difference. Not just to how I feel physically, but mentally too.

Rest, movement, quiet time and doing things that make you feel like you again 🤍

And the best part? Coming home feeling recharged and present for the people I love most.
