Wedneaday night energy was 🔥at @dungeonstrength_rx tonight!

11 DAYS OUT FOR ME 👊🏾
Aaron pulled some heavy weight getting ready for his contest in Chicago.
Steve did either 3 or 4 sets with the 610 lbs Hatfield Squats.
Lucas did those sets of Snatch Grip DLs after he squatted 720 lbs earlier this afternoon.

Good vibes lifting with @aaron.danger @lucas.hatton @stevenbradley19 this evening.

Day one taking the new Greatness Extreme V2 from @undfnutrition And what better day to do it than my first heavy squat single in 3 years. This was a 113 lb PR in any squat variation since we’ve never technically squatted over 802. We knew this was possible, but never really had a reason to push the top end squats.

The 1000 lb squat in sleeves side quest is getting more and more tempting.

Thank you to everyone that came out and helped for this huge session. It was really cool to feel this feeling again after what I’ve been through the last few months.

@stronglifetraining Strength Fest Deadlift Competition. Wasn’t planning on doing anything like this for another couple of weeks but Erin and I have some travel coming up that we need to pay for lol.

Walked away with the heaviest deadlift of the day at an easy 800lbs no straps to powerlifting standards and $1000

Had a lot of fun and met a lot of great people and the gym is actually really cool we will be going back to try some of their fun looking equipment!!
