Truth be told, most young athletes are not well equipped to handle diversity in the field; mental preparation; physical preparation; injury prevention, and adequate training to match up to their peers. In order to tap into the above, you got to build their esteem and help them actually overcome challenges as future pro athletes they're about to become. From my knowledge some schools have weight rooms but the kids don't know how to use the equipment. Give them the tools they need, teach them discipline, and work hard. Also, teach them about failure and how to analyze and work through through it. Help them feed into that the success they're striving for. Now would be the perfect time to enroll your teams or child's sports team into a PT or group fitness regimen that will help them excel. Like ❤️; share this with your fellow #soccermoms #swimmoms #footballmoms and the rest. Special thanks to @aaron_vaquerano23
