My progress might not be amazing for others, but for me? It's different story!
For the last 5 months, i've seen myself improving both physically and mentally.
I can do it, I CAN DO IT! That's the only thoughts that always let me push myself beyond my limits every single times!
I'm proud of myself, if i can do it. You, yes 🫵🏻 can also do it!
Do NOT underestimate the power of believing!

Sometimes, happiness come from a small and unexpected little things.
Pardon my silliness, i'm just hype and can't wait to hit another new PR on Deadlift.
Been 2 months without any progress and instead regressed. 😭
(PS : sist, don't kill me. Just gut me like a fish but very slowly. Aight? 😂)

Faith & Friendship (Episode 2)

Do you think you should be mindful of the friends in your life? There is no doubt that we need friends in our lives but, more importantly, we need friends who are strong in their walk with God because they can encourage us on our journey. It’s important to have friends who are honest and want the best for us; friends who have faith in God and can sharpen us.

Faith & Friendship (Episode 1: What is Faith?)

I am talking about Faith with my friend, @aarona96 and sharing how we can apply God’s word to our daily lives.

Hebrews 11:6-8 (NIV)

6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

7 By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith.

8 By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going.
