There’s a kind of pressure that comes from trying to do everything alone the pressure to fit into a box, to follow the rules, to move in a straight line when your heart was built to think bigger. When we isolate, the weight gets heavy. Authenticity gets quieter. And the work starts feeling like work.

But something powerful happens when community steps in. When we collaborate, share openly, challenge each other, and lift each other without ego the walls of that box start to fall away.

With community, pressure turns into momentum. Courage replaces compliance. Creativity replaces overwhelm. And we’re reminded that our most authentic selves don’t thrive in isolation… they thrive in connection.

That’s the beauty of @side_realestate we’re not just a network we’re a community of leaders, thinkers, builders, and dreamers who believe in doing the work together. Because when the load is shared, the vision expands. The path gets brighter. And the impossible starts to look achievable.

🥂 We've built it better with boutique — and this was only a handful of the hundreds of independent real estate companies we are networked with from coast to coast — and not just by association, we're face to face, connected collaborators, true leaders, utilizing incomparable tech, and investing in real relationships, not just random names in a database. If you'd like a seat at the table, DM us to learn more about our companies.

Today marks three incredible years since launching Reset and we celebrated the only way we know how: together.

We took the time today to look back at how far we’ve come in just three short years… it really hit me.

This has been a journey of ups and downs…of growth, lessons, rebuilding, and believing in a vision before anyone else could see it.

Every challenge, every late night, every ounce of pressure..it’s all been worth it.

Seeing our agents plug into the systems, embrace the training, and turn opportunities into real results. That’s the vision I had when starting Reset.

Hearing the appreciation from agents who’ve never been supported, coached, or held accountable the way they are here…that’s what keeps me going.

It’s emotional, honestly.
Because this is the vision I had when starting Reset.

Today was also a day to reflect on the past and look forward to the future. As we sat down for an intimate business planning session to map out our goals for 2026 and make sure our habits today match the results we want tomorrow.

We’ve got an ambitious group of agents and I can’t wait to watch each one hit (and surpass) their 2026 goals.

The energy, the alignment, the excitement it reminded me why I started all this in the first place.

Here’s to three years of growth, grit, and gratitude.

The best is still ahead 🚀
