👐 #WENZDAYS NY/NJ #13🗽| 🦉 Best I Ever Had 🌊 | 🎶 @champagnepapi
CHOREOGRAPHY: @lucas_the_entertainer @trulydayzz @aaronbantum

💡 fun facts about this WENZDAY:

1. the choreographers are NJ based 🌆

2. All THREE choreographers earned their 🟡 towels!

3. Lucas finally got out from behind the 🎥 to teach his very first Wenzdays after less than four months ACL repair surgery.

Shout to @mattygoogs for trusting me to hold it down while he’s out in LA killing it! 👊

Special thanks to @ian_eastwood and @wenzdays_iykyk @lenchennychen for creating this platform and continuing to support all the chapters around the world!!

I had so much fun in August that I’m still catching up on sharing the memories. Celebrating my Mushka’s 35th birthday was one I couldn’t leave sitting in my camera roll any longer! 🥳

National Daughters Day was yesterday, but being your mom is something I celebrate every day. 🤎

Quana, my firstborn daughter, you changed my life from the moment you were born. Words can’t express how special you are to me or how much I love you. I’m so proud of the woman you’ve become, and I know God will continue to bless you exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We receive it! Thank You, Jesus! 🙌🏾

What a joy it was to celebrate you. My Quanita…Mama loves you! ♥️🤎♥️

Show Day Vlog🌸💓💖💐💕💗🍬

Another amazing show day with the Gwen fam 🫶🏽 and the sweetest unexpected surprise seeing my brother in the crowd.

Alignment and timing really are everything. So grateful for every moment I get to spend on stage with these humans, and even more grateful when my family gets to be there to witness it. Somehow God made it all line up exactly the way it was supposed to last min🤍

⚾💙🧡 MY METS SEASON IS COMPLETE 💙🧡⚾
What a ride. I enjoyed every game, every moment, and every memory. Win or lose, Mets fan for life. 🧢⚾
A special shout-out to Justin, Illie, Junior, Emmy, Emily, Gina, and the rest of the Queens Crew much more to list but they know who they are — thank you for being part of the memories and making this Mets season even more special. 💙🧡👑
Now it’s time for me to step away from social media for a while, recharge, enjoy some peace, and focus on me.
Since I’ll be away for a while, I also want to wish everyone a safe, happy, and blessed upcoming holiday season. 🎃🦃🎄✨ Enjoy the time with your family and friends, cherish the moments, and make some great memories. ❤️🙏
See you on Opening Day. 💙🧡⚾
Until then, stay safe, stay blessed, enjoy the holidays, and God bless. 🙏
LET’S GO METS! 🗽⚾💙🧡

Your first NAD+ infusion at IVY be like… “Sooo, how long am I gonna be here?” 😂💧

One thing about NAD+… we’re NOT rushing it! ⏳

NAD+ infusions are typically administered slowly, especially for first-time clients, because everyone’s tolerance is different. Running it too quickly can sometimes cause uncomfortable sensations like nausea, flushing, cramping, headache, or chest/stomach tightness—which is why our IVY team monitors you and adjusts the rate based on how you’re feeling.

So get comfortable, charge your phone, bring your favorite show and enjoy the downtime. 😂📱 Your first visit is all about finding a pace that works for YOU.

Patience is part of the NAD+ experience. Low, slow & monitored. 💧✨

Ready for your first NAD+ infusion? Book your appointment at IVY Infusions & MedSpa. 💙
