Series 2 Episode 3. A belting episode, we start by taking a look at Vinnie's school life, as he's troubled by Carl Slater and history teacher Mr.Bates. Then back to the gang, Tommo's after some erotic furniture, so takes Vin and the lads to scout the location. The heist night goes quite wrong when another group of theives show up to steal the furniture, led by Mr Bates! Vinnie's not giving up, so they chase them to attempt to steal it back. Ending up with just some draws, a half failed mission, but Vinnie still gets to give the draws to McCann (which Tommo is furious about) but it's not over there. Leaving Mccan's, Vinnie dumps one of the rival theif's jacket in his bin, which contains a tracker. The rival thieves attempt to break into McCann's for the draws. But why would they go to all that trouble? Almost like there's a hidden map inside leading to erotic treasure! Can the gang get their hands on it?

Vinnie's officially ALIVE again! Rather than wanting to chop his you know what off, Terence McCann has realised he could use Vinnie. Great theif, great grower, can fake his own death what's not to love. The only objection McCann had is Vinnie working for him while looking like shit so, Vinnie goes to get cleaned up and gets his iconic new blonde hair look! At the new industrial grow (that's filled with Cabbage Patch Dolls) Vinnie gets his first task - pick up Tony Tillerton. What the gang don't realise is that the events of this trip will change their lives forever, and it will in fact not be a very 'Nice Day Out' at all.

This week it's one of my favourite Brassic episodes of all time, Series 1 Episode 5, 'Ronnie Croft'. How many things can go wrong in one episode of Brassic? Well, this episode provee the answer to that is ALOT. Starting off at Jim's farm where there's an outage at the grow, and Jim thinks all his cows are stoned. Then a night out at The Crow's Nest to watch pub hypnotist Tinsley Blanchett, where Dylan discovers an oath Vinnie and the lads swore to never let him have class A's again. He has some anyway, which makes him very unprepared when the police come bursting into his house accusing him of being an escaped convict, Ronnie Croft. The police leave without realising Ronnie's just chilling in the house opposite Erin. Ronnie is now Erin, Dylan and Vinnie's problem. They temporarily house him at Jim's, where Vinnie learns of a weed house. He decides to rob it. A few problems, he has to use an ice cream van, the MacDonaghs are snooping around, Ronnie's escaped Jim's and turned up to rob it too, Cardi falls through the roof, Carl Slater ends up being accidentally kidnapped, Dr Chris turns up, Erin finds out, the police are coming, and Dylan overhears Vinnie and Erin's heart to heart about Tyler, as Vinnie fears he has Bipolar too. Dylan realises Vinnie's the father, will it all fall apart in the final episode? (Spoiler: no. We get 6 more seasons 😂)

It's time for Series 1 episode 4 - 'The Fish'! The episode that really starts off Vinnie's relationship and connection with his newly revealed son, Tyler. Vinnie pops in to Erin's for a pee, which turns into a brew, which turns into an opportunity to confront Erin as she's been ignoring Vinnie's requests to see Tyler. Erin's scared as Dylan doesn't know that Vinnie is Tyler's father, and Erin doesn't want to confuse Tyler. Mrs Bishop comes into the pub demanding for her husband's fish to be killed as revenge. Rather than kill them, Vinnir decides he'll sell them. Double money! Meanwhile Cardi has trouble while selling golf balls, he's bullied by Russel Hardwick. Erin gets an invite to a posh wedding, so it's Vinnie's opportunity to look after Tyler, this comes at the worst possible time as Mr Bishop has kidnapped Tommo and won't return him unless he gets his precious fish back (he won't because they've been sold on) then Cardi remembers that Russel's pond has Koi Carp in! Vinnie's day with Tyler turns into his introduction to petty theft, which Erin wasn't impressed with, but Tyler had fun. Ending the episode with a heartfelt chat between Vinnie and Erin, Vinnie loves them both and really wants them to stay. Like all Brassic episodes, this one has it all.

Brassic is the show that you can watch over and over again and never get bored of it. Which is why i'm starting yet another rewatch of the show (i've lost count at how many time's i've watched it now)

I want it to last and feel like i'm watching it in real time again so.. every Thursday i'll be watching an episode, and sharing it on instagram so everyone can follow the Brassic journey again! Starting with today's episode, it's a big one, the first ever episode - "Your Pony's a C**T!"

In this episode, we are introduced to Vinnie and his gang for the first time, the episode starts with Vinnie's monologue of everything he hates, and how he lives his life. We then get our first heist, stealing a pony! The first Doctor Chris visit and much more, this ep is a classic and it has it all! It's the start of an unforgettable journey, it marks the moment in Vinnie's life where everything changed, stealing a blonde shetland pony for a Xenophopic farmer...
