Epic Universe and Halloween Horror Nights Orlando, 2026. (This post is a week late because I had so much fun on the trip I dropped my phone in a hotel lazy river)

How does one sum-up an entire year in a single Instagram post? Honestly, this is wildly insufficient, but it's what I have. My first year in Charm city has been phenomenal. Phenomenally exciting, phenomenally scary, phenomenally different. Turns out moving across the country for the first time in your life can be pretty life altering.
It's been a very weird and exciting year, and I admittedly never was very good at posting with any regularity; but 1 year later seems like as good a time as any.

I'm doing well. I'm still the same; just charmingly different now.
I'll try to be better about updating you
💜 - Luke

P.S. - sorry about the smooshed rat at the end there.

Somehow my @telethonband bandmates (minus @monstrous_freak who was sorely missed 💙) planned a surprise for FIVE MONTHS to visit me for an Epic Universe and Halloween Horror Nights weekend, and nearly everyone I know knew about it, and yet I never ever found out! My beautiful friends @mikescollins , @mattcatanzano , @rowdybowden , and @aaronjwimmer were there too!!!! 😱 Genuinely touched and happy to have spent a surprise weekend with so many great pals!!!! 😭

10 YEARS OF TEARS VOLUME 1: SOOTHSAYER 2015!!!

after going to @thefestfl 13 in 2014 i had an overwhelming desire to make something to contribute to the punk scene that was quickly shaping my 25 year old existance. so i founded soothsayer and with the help of @luhrsphoto, @noahschloss, and @shanewayfare got it off the ground. did our first event at a bar we would later co-own, released our first ever band sauce, funded our kickstarter in one day, hosted the first pop punk pizza party, vended at fest, and made some life long friends along the way.

BUT IN MORE RECENT NEWS:

our sandwich loving former collaboration partners @nervous_passenger had to drop off the show next week (don't worry, more fun with them later this summer) and so we thought that the one and only @newjunkcityatl (future collab partners 👀) would be an incredible fit to take their place!

tix link in bio, more soothsayer history to come 📖

Just a few moments from my recent Chicago trip. Met some great folks and was given the greatest hospitality by two of my best friends. Thanks for opening your home to me @aaronjwimmer and @spookyliz
