What an amazing and special moment this was for me. I can’t imagine where I would be without @perkinsvillechurch and all my friends here. God is working in this place and my life so much here in these mountains. The people and preaching here at Perkinsville touched my heart in a way that I had never felt before. This whole time I had been telling myself I needed to “get right with God in a way” but that is just not true. Jesus accepts you wherever you are in your walk of faith with arms wide open. He has washed me free of my sins and I will trust him throughout the highs and lows of his most perfect plan for me. I had always seen manhood defined as you know hunting, fishing, trucks, and sports but no it is to love as Jesus loves and to do what Jesus does. Jesus has done so much for me so why should I live for him in private. I was so excited to take a step of obedience and proclaim my Faith to others through baptism this day. Through Jesus I have been Made New! TYJ❤️
