The Audience has spoken!

Preciate y’all so much for the incredible love for our film COME WITH ME.

I feel like Hollywood is entering its grunge era. The music changed because people were hungry for something raw. Something that felt like them.

I think the film business is ready for that same shakeup. And WE intend to be at the forefront of it.

Time to turn it up.

Still taking it all in🥹🎬!! Thank you WBRC FOX 6 News for having us! Mike was amazing and super kind! (It was major for me to meet Mike, Mickie, and Janice🤣! I almost picked Janice up🤣). We are so grateful to everyone who helped tell the story of two Birmingham collegiate athletes, who found their way from sports to film✨. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to talk about Come With Me, our journey, and what it means to see this film being embraced by audiences. CWM has a dang on 100% Rotten Tomatoes score y’all🤯 which is an anomaly!!! On top of having the opportunity to read through the incredible reviews, reels, and posts😩, I couldn’t be more excited for people to experience this story! For those of you who have watched it, you guys can see that the entire cast and crew poured their talents, time, and hearts into making this film🫀🥹.

Jay @jgalloway_blp and I’s journey is a reminder that sometimes the path you start on leads you somewhere you never expected. We’ve traded the playing field for the film set, and trust me… we’re just getting started😎! Keep your eyes peeled for what’s next from both of us, including a Birmingham public screening of Come With Me coming soon, and my directorial debut this summer! 🎥🔥Thank you to everyone who has supported this film, shared a post, watched a trailer, bought a ticket, or simply rooted for us along the way. We see you, and we’re grateful. Watch the full FOX 6 interview on their website!🍿🎬

Just some of the many examples of what community looks like, and has looked like for me this past week🫀after the release of “Come With Me”🥹!! My @bamahealthfoods , Fairfield Lady Tigers 🏀, and Bham film family showed up, and out as I was in DEEP need of the love and support😭! I am one of the most optimistic people you’ll probably ever meet, and I now realize that most people nowadays aren’t used to my level of optimism. I get it. But to be completely transparent with y’all…I have spent the past few months fighting so many battles in silence, as many of us do, and was struggling to just get out of the bed most mornings. Missing extremely important doctors appointments (knowing that rescheduling within the next 8 months would be an anomaly)…but strength to get up was nowhere to be found, on top of major shifts within my family, grieving after losing 2 good friends, found myself sitting in front of the funeral home 3 hours after one of their wakes eating gold fish and peanut butter crackers, mental health completely taunted, cried out for help the best way I knew how. A literal miracle to be typing this right now. Community matters, man. Stop judging people’s situations(what appears to be bad or good). I am growing in so many ways, pruning hurts, but has helped a lot. Didn’t mean to make this sad😅, it’s just the reality of things right now, and I’m EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for this moment in time! This film, and all of the beautiful and RAW happenings/encounters, that are coming of and from it. BIHHHH WE GOT 100% ROTTEN TOMATOES SCORE, WHICH IS AN ANOMALY FR FR😂!! This message is EVERYWHERE, just like me and my emotions right now!!! I LOVE Y’ALL, and want to encourage someone today to check on a friend sometime this week. It may end up blessing you, in return🫀🦄🍾🎊🎉🎁🎈!!!!

Pt.1 What a surreal moment to be sitting in the CBS/ @alabamas_42 newsroom with @jgalloway_blp 🎬🎥⚡️, discussing “Come With Me”, which has JUST been given a 100% on @rottentomatoes 💯🍅🔥🤯! We also discuss our love for our Alabama film community, and a little bit of our knowledge as to how creatives can get started in Birmingham! We’ve crossed paths on multiple SAG film sets in Alabama, with some mutual filmmaker friends like @melaniejeffcoat and @virginianewcomb that has catapulted our careers over the past 10 years! Now we’re sharing space on Hollywood film sets!! Crazy to think that we’re just getting started😎, and are apart of a Psychological Thriller that takes us on a journey about how media and external noises can impact our perspectives, and influence our actions😮‍💨- starring @theorossi @perlmutations @ronniegeneblevins @the_katefrench @marionrkerr @aaronquicknelson @jayhuguleyofficial @the_elishawilliams that will be dropping in theaters on September 4th! I am so proud to be apart of this project! This journey has been anything but linear y’all, but patience is a virtue, and as a testament of time, anything great does indeed take time to build🙏🏾!!!! God is good!💙 I want to thank every single last one of my friends, internet aunties, fam members, that have stuck with me on this 2 DECADE long journey of pursing acting and becoming a filmmaker! With all of the health obstacles unexpectedly popping up, you guys never stopped showing up in real life, and via social media by checking on me and even sharing my content while listening to me yap and carry on😂 and honestly, that means so much to me!! This one is for US!!!! I’m not kidding when I say that! I love and appreciate you guys🌎🫂💙🎬!!

This project holds a special place in my heart. Almost 2 years ago I️ set out to work on my 3rd feature film with a fantastic crew.

Everyone worked incredibly hard during this shoot and I’m glad we all get to see the end product. Thank you for giving me a hell of a great time!!
See you on the next one 💛
