@breakawayminnesota ‘26 was an experience - I’m so thankful I got to do it with these amazing people! Of course I had to find my brother and his friends (I made a total of 30 kandis and HAD to share) and I even got to see my best friend from beauty school 😭😩 so many tears were shed, smiles worn and memories made this weekend. According to my watch 14 miles were walked, there’s lots of dust in my lungs and sinuses, and many trinkets & kandis were exchanged. I’m so grateful to have been able to see @alleycvt , @subtronics , @levity.music & @zedd in person 🫶🏻 hearing “Clarity” live, absolutely healed something in me. If you need me for anything at all in the next 36 hours, please don’t 🤣 I will, however be on the search for both Levity and Subtronics shows. Because I must experience both of them again 😩🫶🏻

There are not many photos of our final 2 1/2 days on the island. We spent a day learning to surf and playing in the ocean on boogie boards. Yesterday we needed our trip with new tattoos and a final night of turtles at sunset. Today we packed up saw the ocean for the last time and got shaved ice. We are starting our long trek back home.

Today we went on a tubing adventure through an old sugar cane plantation. We floated through old handpicked tunnels, and got to grab some clay for a clay facial off the walls during the ride, and as always ended our day with a swim in the ocean.

Yesterday we went and explored the north side of the Island. Stopped at wishing well cafe for coffee, and farm to beach food truck for steak cheese fries, found some gourmet donuts as well. Explored a dry crave which was carved out by the ocean at some point millions or billions of years ago. Stopped at the fourth and final brewery on the island and ended the night with dinner with dinner from Porky’s and a swim in the ocean.

Yesterday we kept it simple, stayed near the resort. Started the day with smoothies as Java Kai, went for a swim in the pools. Checked out local shops near by. Went to the Musubi truck for a quick snack. Stumbled across a brewery (we thought it was a coffee shop) walked over to Poipu beach saw monk seals and then Honu’s (sea turtles)🐢 #kauaihawaii #honeymoon

Yesterday started out at a local coffee shop that gave us some cool places to check out. Hiked Waimea Canyon, took a swim in the ocean afterwards at Salt Pond Beach, grabbed lunch and a beer before going to Costco in Hawaii. Checked into a final resort which is beautiful. Swam in the pools and the beach in front of the property. Ended the night with Mai Tai and dinner and Aaron chasing lizards.

First day and half, found a brewery close to us once we got settled. Started Friday morning off with amazing food and drinks from the Jammin Banana Bakery, ate breakfast at the ocean.☕️🌊 Spent the day just checking out the Island. Toured a Kaua’i Coffee Company. Found a second brewery and a glass beach. Waited in line for an hour for amazing hot dogs and watched the wild chickens. Solved the mystery as to why the chicken crossed the road.🐓 To get a hot dog and flee the other chickens. We got to see sea turtles beached!!! 🐢 Ended our day with a swim in the ocean. #hawaii #kaua’i #honeymoon
