What a day chasing Aaron and Ally around Chicago! Aaron’s first marathon and Ally’s second, and they both killed it! Couldn’t be more proud of my husband and sister-in-law! 🏃🏽‍♂️💙🏃🏽‍♀️🏅

[Saturday 09/12 5K]

For the last six weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to coach some pretty awesome people in running. I’m loving every minute of it and showing up for these guys has brought me so much joy and given me an entirely new love for running and the game itself.

Watching these guys show up, trust the process, and put in the work has been incredibly rewarding. I’m proud of what Aaron and Karsen are already accomplishing, and I’m even more excited about where we’re headed.

I can’t wait to continue learning, crushing alongside these guys, and seeing what we can accomplish together.

I’ve only been working with Aaron for six weeks, and this guy has been absolutely crushing it. He has bought into everything we’re doing, continues to stack strong weeks, and keeps proving that the fitness is there.

The goal is sub-3 at the Chicago Marathon, and I truly believe we’re there. Now we keep stacking days, stay healthy, and go prove it.

Absolute dog. Proud of you, brother. Let’s keep working

Karsen has only been seriously running for about five weeks, which makes this even more impressive. The natural ability is obvious, but what has impressed me most is how quickly he has committed to the work and started figuring this running thing out.

Next up is the Grand Rapids Half Marathon, where we’re going after a huge sub-1:40 goal. It’s ambitious, but I have full confidence in this guy.

Five weeks in and already moving like this. Just getting started, dude. Proud of you.

Happy birthday to my HUSBAND!!💛

I’m so proud of you every single day and everything you continue to accomplish. I love how much heart you put into everything you do and how hard you work for the things and people you love. I’m so lucky to be by your side through it all and even luckier that I get to call you my husband.

I love you forever!
