Aashish Rajvansh | Aircraft Maintenance

Some journeys take you further than you first imagined.
Aashish Rajvansh first heard about the competition from his professor, Professor Chandan Kumar. From there, he went through the state, regional and national levels, eventually earning his place on Team India in Aircraft Maintenance.

The journey also came with a difficult choice. Aashish stepped away from academics to pursue this opportunity -a decision that came with its share of opinions. Through it all, his family stood by him.

Now, just days before flying to Shanghai, he carries more than his skill with him. He carries the belief of the people who supported his decision to take this path.

From choosing the opportunity to making it to Shanghai - Aashish is ready to take off.

People see the uniform, the layovers, the travel photos and the smile. ✈️

But behind every cabin crew dream…
there is usually a mother who stayed awake, prayed silently, waited patiently and loved endlessly. ❤️

If you’ve ever worked as cabin crew, are training to become one, or dream of flying someday… send this to your mother.

Because long before the world saw your wings, she was the one helping you fly.

We are proud to share that our Managing Director Sunder Vasudeva Rao represented MetiSkill as a panelist at the Indo-Japanese Joint Seminar on Human Resources Management and Skill Development, focused on “The Effect of Automation and Robotics on the Skills Ecosystem.”
During the discussion, he highlighted a critical challenge faced by industries today — the growing gap between evolving technological requirements and workforce skills. With rapid advancements in automation and robotics, traditional skill sets are no longer sufficient. He emphasized how skill-based training and industry-aligned education can play a key role in bridging this gap, with the changing ecosystem with robotics and automation. @sandeepvraj123 @sundervasudeva @aassc_2025

#transformation doesn’t happen on day one.
It happens the moment a student starts believing in themselves.
Every session here is about clarity:
How to speak
How to think
How to present yourself
How to handle pressure
Because careers are not built on marks alone, they are built on how you show up.
Welcome to BILEx.
Where futures are prepared, not guessed.
