Sometimes the biggest career lessons happen outside the classroom. Through her summer internship with @domore.bank, Finance and Risk Management Insurance major @aaverygrayy found purpose, built professional relationships, and gained a clearer vision for the future.

“This spring | accepted a position with a local community bank, and I could not be more fulfilled. As an individual who has spent many hours deliberating over my major, career path, and future, I can wholeheartedly say that interning has illuminated my interests and directed me towards opportunities in industries that align with them. Jumping in, unaware of the journey ahead and connecting with executives, managers, and co-workers has brought me so much clarity on my professional goals. So, I say to fellow undergraduates: be diligent and driven, and secure an internship. And to professionals and business leaders, pour into your interns, and if you don’t have any yet, hire some!” Scrapbook photo collage of Bank intern work

Our next core value is Learning! 📎🤍✨

This summer, our girls have been putting in the work and taking their learning beyond the classroom through internships in so many different fields! We’re so proud of everything they’re accomplishing and the experiences they’re gaining along the way. Here’s a look at what some of our Gamma Phi girls have been up to this summer! 💗
