SPRING SENSES 🧡

We started the day with an awakening yoga flow, followed by sound healing, a manifestation workshop,
then moved into social hour, time in the Health Suite, a nourishing lunch,
and women genuinely connecting and making new friends.

Love the way this community keeps evolving while staying true to the core values I started it with two years ago.
Love seeing women step out of their comfort zones.
Love having a reason to do something fun, dress up, and get a little tipsy with a group of girlfriends.
