2024 has been a year of change, growth, action. This past year I can recognize some of the strides made towards long term goals (that will continue to evolve), and it’s been interesting to reflect/re-evaluate🌀.

💻In the last 12 months, I’ve landed at a company where I feel valued & respected - where I’ve been given an opportunity to build and learn and have a seat at the table.
💪🏼I have trained consistently in the gym & hit PRs on all of my main lifts - I feel proud and happy with how I look and feel.
💕I have strengthened existing & developed new friendships - and gotten better at saying no to people/places/things that do not align.
🍃I’ve tried new & different activities, said yes to things on a whim, allowed myself to soften some of my harder edges, and leaned in when I’m uncomfortable.
🦋I let some things fall apart so new could come together, and did my best to stay open minded in my pursuit of aligning and becoming.
❌Not all goals were met, and not all days were bright or clear. Learning how to manage or find resources for moments of panic/anxiety, insecurity, etc. is all part of the process, but I think I’m finding my way.

Thank you to everyone who brought love, laughter, lessons, and support in 2024 (esp my fur babies & family). Eager to see what 2025 has in store - let’s get to work. ✨
