I think one of the greatest measures of a beautiful life is the people you get to love along the way.

And somehow, I got really, really lucky. 🤍

The people in these photos (and so many who didn’t make it into these slides) have held me, supported me, applauded me, challenged me, reminded me of my greatness when I forgot it myself, and loved me through versions of myself I was still learning how to love.

You’ve been there for the wins and the heartbreaks.
The champagne moments and the crying-on-the-floor ones.

You’ve celebrated my successes without making them smaller and reminded me that my shortcomings have never been the sum of who I am.

Sometimes I think the people closest to us are the ones we forget to tell because we assume they already know.

I never want to make that mistake.

So this is me saying it out loud:

I love you.
Thank you.

Thank you.

For what you’ve given me.
For how you’ve shown up for me.
For believing in me.
For making me laugh.
For holding space for every version of me.
And mostly, just for being exactly who you are.

There are more names, faces and memories than I could ever fit into 20 slides and maybe that’s the greatest blessing of all.

My world is a better place because you’re in it.

Final moments before the last weekend of summer on Fire Island 😭

Something about this place will always just hit a little different.

Maybe it’s the ocean, the bare feet, the bike rides, the late nights and slow mornings.

Or maybe it’s the way life feels a little simpler here- like nowhere else exists and nowhere else really needs to.

After a season of being on the go, I think I needed that more than I realized.

Grateful for all the things and people that make here feel like home.

And soaking up every last second before we trade these bright beautiful days for that back-to-school, get-your-life-together energy.

But not quite yet. We still have one weekend left 😝♥️
