🥀 THE ANATOMY OF A WOMAN ❤️‍🩹

Behind her smile is a story. Behind her strength is a battle. Behind her silence is pain you may never understand.

Ladies, stop competing. Start protecting. Be her sister, not her enemy. 🖤

WE NEED EACH OTHER. ✊🏽❤️

One thing I’ve learned: you can spend way too much time waiting to feel ready.

Ready to change it.
Ready to start.
Ready to take yourself seriously.
Meanwhile, life is already moving.
This season, we’re moving with it.

What’s ONE thing you’ve been saying you’re going to do?

New week, new goals. ✨
This week I’m challenging myself to pour into 30 women through beauty, wellness & self-care, celebrate 7 YEARS of @abbeaute 🥂
and find even more ways to serve you better.

And because growth means staying curious, I’m learning to make one new natural product for us ..

Also to be still more & be present! , do what I say i'm going to do for myself and give myself more grace ♥️

We’re celebrating ALL MONTH LONG
starting with our Sip & Shop! 🥂🛍️

Come shop, connect and celebrate 7 years with us. Grab your ticket and come through.

I had to set an alarm to do NOTHING. 😩
Because the truth is, sometimes we’ve been in go mode for so long that being still feels uncomfortable.
The moment we finally get a break, our minds start listing everything we could be doing.

After this video, I literally set an alarm and told myself:
Until it goes off, you don’t have to do anything. Just be.
Maybe the journey back to you isn’t always about doing more.

Sometimes it’s learning how to be still.

One thing that keeps my still and present is laying under a led light treatment since i'm forced to lay down blind folded basically and can't move 🤪.
works every time . It even put me to sleep .

Stillness, rest & wrinkle treatment lol @celluma_led_therapy available @abbeaute

One decision that changed everything…
Choosing to homeschool.

It changed my schedule, how much I can work, and for a couple of years, it absolutely changed my bottom line.
But this year, I’m getting a better handle on it and one thing I’ve learned is homeschooling is NOT linear.

Some days we’re at the table learning mental math. Other days we’re on a farm, exploring, learning everyday life skills
or like today, my mini CEOs are at the White Label Expo learning about products, manufacturing and business in real life.

I’m learning how to make motherhood, homeschooling and entrepreneurship work together instead of feeling like they have to compete.

Mamas, what has motherhood required you to adjust? Homeschool mamas, what has homeschooling taught you?

Choosing yourself has a way of putting everything else in place.
We used to think boundaries were selfish. Now we know they’re self-care.

You can love people and still say, “That doesn’t work for me.” You can care about your responsibilities and still make room for yourself.

When your time isn’t automatically available to everyone, you finally have some for you.

What’s one boundary you’re learning to stand on?

A little sugar scrub making at the TBO wellness workshop 🌿
There’s something different about knowing what goes into a product because you made it. If you’ve been wanting to create skincare for yourself or start adding products to your business, this is your sign to learn.

Still dealing with rough, bumpy skin between waxes & shaving ?
Your intimate area and body need care between appointments, too.

Our Lemon Pound Cake Turmeric Treatment Scrub helps exfoliate dead skin buildup and smooth rough texture, so your skin feels cared for beyond the wax table. 🍋

Use on external skin only, and give freshly waxed skin time to settle before exfoliating.

DM SCRUB to get yours.

We’re starting small. What’s one thing you want to make room for again?

Somewhere along the way, taking care of yourself became the thing you’d get to after everything else.

So for the next 30 days, let’s make room for you again. Some days we’ll talk about confidence. Some days, skin and body care. And some days, the little things that help you feel like yourself.

100 days of you loading soon: if you want to turn it up another notch dm: me💯

It’s the simple things.
You remember everybody else’s appointments. You make sure everybody’s eaten. You check in on the people you love.
So when you get a minute today, ask yourself: what do I need?

Maybe it’s lunch while it’s still warm. Maybe it’s a walk, or finally booking that appointment you keep pushing back.

Take care of yourself, too. That’s it.

What’s one thing you’re grateful for tonight?
Because........
For real, you ever beat yourself up so much? Criticize everything you do, everything you don’t do, and everything you don’t have yet?

But if you sat down and listed the things you’re grateful for, you could write a whole book.

And somehow, the two things you don’t have at the moment still live rent free in your brain! 😩
