JULY ☀️ (a little late for the roundup but needed a reminder that we’re rich in life 💞)

Thrifting through amish country, fireworks, curly haired boys, pool days, play dates, milkshakes, dirty feet, an intimidating baby, wip, wiener king, late nights, rides on Aunt P and Sandy the penny horse, a snuggle for Aunt Doodle, and a semi we saw driving home 💗💗

sophomore year was anything but ordinary. 2 semesters, 2 schools, 2 sports, 1 transfer, and 1 degree down and it was the best decision i could of made! thank you to everyone old and new who made this year so special! this year had its ups and downs but i wouldn’t trade it because it helped make me who i am today and for that i am extremely grateful!

at terra i got the opportunity to play not one but two sports that i love and i got to give volleyball another chance which i never thought would be possible so i am so grateful for coach brooke, coach d, and my teammates for everything they did to bring back a love for a sport i thought i lost 2 years ago! terra also brought me some of my best friends that i am so incredibly happy to have, they made the year and a half i had there sm fun, and i love them so so much!

then the transfer, i ended up graduating earlier than expected and had to make my move earlier than expected but at the time i didn’t know that it would be the best decision i could of ever made. i am so grateful that i get to call heidelberg home for the next 2 years and this is truly where i want to spend the rest of my college time at!

to berg softball, thank u for making me feel so welcomed and loved, i truly can’t thank you all enough for this semester! from the coaching to the teammates you guys are the best and i am so proud of everything you guys have accomplished! i am so grateful that i got this opportunity to be with you guys and cheer you on every step of the way, thank you for making this semester such a joy and so much fun! i truly haven’t had this much fun at softball in a while so i truly am so thankful and as always berg on top! 🧡

and to my best friends at terra i love you so much and i can’t wait to walk that stage with you next week 💗

“Coming into college I didn’t know what to expect. Out of all my visits I made, the biggest thing I searched for was family, knowing I’m 4 hours away it wasn’t going be easy, I did not expect much coming to Heidelberg, instead of making friends I found family. Not just family but people I can now call my brothers, to the family and brothers I have now. Through the ups the down, the trouble and laughs. Though school sucks, I can attest, I love you berg, and to next few years with you all. To Heidelberg, to freshman year and to us. Family. love Yall”
thank you berg
