POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve spent a lot of my life being really good at making myself do things 😂

The good student, the engineer, the high achiever. The “I’ll do whatever it takes” kind of woman.

And yes, that got me results, BUTTTTT I started getting curious about how much of the pressure was actually necessary

Could I make this easier on myself AND still get what I wanted?

Sometimes we’re so committed to doing things the way we’ve always done them that we forget to ask if that way even makes sense for us anymore.

You’re allowed to change the way you get there, ask for support, have more fun, find a way you actually want to keep showing up for, or just cut it out all together 🤷🏾‍♀️

And this is so much of the work we do inside Leap Year 💛

For the woman who’s already achieved a lot. Built the business. Grown her career. Bought some properties. Proven she can do hard things.

And now wants to go bigger, have a deeper impact, and actually ENJOY the life she’s working so hard to create.

We get curious about the rules you’re operating by. What you actually want. Where you’re making things harder on yourself. And what support would help you take your next leap YOUR way.

Because you have so much more you want to do in this life. And you deserve to enjoy doing it 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

DM me LEAP YEAR to apply🤸🏾‍♀️ retreat in Mexico and Italy included!!

Don’t forget, you don’t get a prize for doing things the hard way 😉

PS: shoutout to @abbeymewbourne for getting me up and moving again

I’ve never seen a 4 hour work week in my mf life.

But as I always say…

You don’t need to sell harder, you just need to live BIGGER. 🎉🛥️🪩💃✈️

Do it for the plot. For the mems. And mostly, for the content.

This trip has been absolutely amazing! As some might say, Italy looks pretty good on us, haha. I want to give a huge shout-out to everyone on this trip: @swilcox90 , @abbeymewbourne, and @coltondm. I don’t have a favorite place because I have my favorite people, and I want to be with them. I’m so blessed to have the people in my life who allow me to grow, stay humble, be goofy, love, and shine. Thank you for letting me be myself and loving me for it. Thank you so much for all the hard work everyone has put into making this trip one of the best, and we’re not even done yet! Cheers to those who make it matter and to more memories.

Hear how my VIP client @abbeymewbourne healed her metabolism and then 10x’d her business.

She reversed the symptoms that were making her avoid visibility in her business..

✖️painful periods
✖️puffy face
✖️chronic fatigue
✖️brain fog
✖️weight gain

And now she gets to just focus on supporting her clients and scaling her biz.

1:1 VIP coaching is open for enrollment right now, check the link in my bio to apply today.

Here’s exactly what I learned from attending this biz retreat 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼 (& it wasn’t what I expected to)

Last year I invested thousands into joining this mastermind and the biggggggest takeaway I got was how solid you need to be in yourself & what you’re building if you really want to succeed.

No amount of fancy new strategies will get you to where you wanna go unless you have this part locked in first 🔐

The key is:
Get solid in who you are 👇🏼
Get crystal clear in what you’re building 👇🏼
Put your blinders TF on 👇🏼
& execute your plan NO MATTER WHAT.

As the Year of the Snake wraps up in a couple weeks, I finally pulled together some highlights from 2025, which was honestly such a beautiful year.

There were a lot of big milestones, like checking off real bucket list moments like Machu Picchu and Burning Man, leaving the comfort of my 9–5 corporate job (harder than I expected), growing in my career, and going to a conference solo to represent my former company, which still feels kind of wild.

I got a birthday llama for my 30th, visited friends on both coasts, and spent way more time in nature… and when I look back, there’s just so much I am grateful for.

The people in my life who showed up for me in all the ways they did truly kept me grounded and held, especially when my anxiety was high.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. What a beautiful year. 🐍

It’s become so normal to live and work in isolation.

Working from home.
Building businesses alone.
Carrying & processing everything alone.

Slowly without us even realising it, loneliness has become the norm.

BUT… there are spaces intentionally designed to hold you.

Spaces where you get to:
👉🏼Grow your business with guidance from someone who’s walked the path
👉🏼Be in rooms with women who actually understand your journey
👉🏼Be seen, heard, supported and held

We’re not meant to do life alone.
And we’re definitely not meant to build your dreams alone!!!

Creating these spaces is what I love most 🥹 spaces for women to be held yet spaces that light you TF up and expand you ❤️‍🔥

And I have some of these spaces opening very soon…

🗓️Next week I’m hosting a FREEEE community & coaching call for wellness practitioners who want to be surrounded with like minded women & get the support on how to grow their wellness businesses in 2026.
