Who said making new friends as an adult has to be hard? 🤍

Not everything has to happen online ✨

We spend so much time connecting through our phones, but there’s something different about actually getting in a room with good people and having real conversations.

So we’re starting something new 🥂

Once a month, we’ll be getting together to connect, have a drink (or a coffee 👀), meet some new people and just see where the conversations take us.

Whether you’re already part of our community or you’re simply curious about what we do, you’re welcome 💕

First one: October 23rd in King’s Cross.

Drop me a message if you’d like to come ✨

I went to convention expecting to learn, but some of the most valuable moments happened outside the sessions, in the conversations, introductions and stories shared between people from completely different walks of life.

I came home with new connections, plenty of notes and an even clearer sense of how I want to lead: with integrity, intention and respect for people at every level.

Now comes the part that matters: taking what I learned and putting it into practice. Convention 2026, you gave me plenty to think about. 💙

Do it for the plot! ✨

Less overthinking. More doing the thing anyway.

Convention 2026 💙

Big, loud, exciting, a little overwhelming, and definitely an experience I’m still processing.

I came home with pages of notes, new ideas, some genuinely fun memories and a clearer picture of the kind of leader I want to become.

The message that stayed with me most was that leadership isn’t only about ranks, recognition or results. It’s also about how we treat people and whether we make them feel seen, valued and believed in along the way. That’s something I want to be even more intentional about within my own team.

I’m grateful for what I learned, the moments of laughter and the connections I made. Now comes the part that matters most: taking what resonated, implementing it and continuing to grow into a more confident version of myself. 💙✈️

Sometimes you need to be around people who believe a little bigger than you do. ✨

People who remind you what’s possible.
People who understand the vision, even when you’re still figuring parts of it out yourself.

This weekend has reminded me how important community is.

Because sometimes belief comes from within you, and sometimes you borrow a little from the people around you until yours catches back up. 🤍

We’ve learnt, laughed, had conversations, celebrated and been surrounded by people at completely different stages of the journey.

And weirdly, I didn’t leave feeling like I needed to become someone completely different.

I left feeling like I needed to believe a little more in the person I already am.

Bigger rooms. Bigger thinking. Bigger belief. ✨

Convention 2026 🇺🇸

My first international convention and wow!

6,000 people in one room, all with different stories, goals and journeys, but all there because they decided to think bigger.

There’s something about getting in the room.
The energy. The conversations. The breakthroughs. The wins. Learning from some of the best in the industry and being surrounded by people who are building businesses and achieving things that once felt completely out of reach.

When you’re surrounded by people doing the things you want to do, it’s hard not to think…
“If they can do it, so can I.”
Because nobody was born with a secret ingredient. They had a vision, believed in it, kept showing up and played the long game.

Two years into this business and I’m still learning, still growing, still getting uncomfortable and still hungry for what’s next.

And one of the best parts for me is the friendships that develop along the way. People who started as messages, Zoom calls and WhatsApp chats are now the people I’m hugging, laughing with and making memories with.

Convention 2026, you were incredible🔥

I’m leaving more motivated, more grateful and more excited for what’s ahead.

If they can do it… so can I. And maybe next year, you’ll be in that room with us too👀

Who’s coming with me? ✈️

This convention was ONE FOR THE BOOKS. ✨🥹

The energy. The friendships. The breakthroughs. The wins. The reminders of just how BIG this opportunity really is. 💫

I’m walking away feeling more motivated, more grateful, and more excited than ever for what’s ahead.

And now I’m already thinking about next year….👀✈️

Who’s coming with me?

Maybe next year’s convention will be the moment that changes YOUR life. Imagine celebrating your own wins, surrounded by people who decided to bet on themselves. 🥂✨

If you’re ready to make a change and you want to be there with me next year, DM me the word “CONVENTION.” 💌

Let’s make next year YOUR year. ✈️💜

A few days around people who think bigger will really have you questioning whether your dreams were big enough in the first place 😂✨

A star might have my name on it… but this moment belongs to US. ⭐️

Because there is absolutely no “me” without this team.

Every conversation. Every late-night voice note. Every person who kept going when it would’ve been easier to stop. Every leader who stepped up. Every teammate who believed in the vision.

You built this with me. 🥹

Seeing this star on the Walk of Fame for a third year in a row at our convention was surreal… but seeing my team stood around it meant more than the star ever could.

It might have my name on it, but it represents thousands of individual decisions to dream bigger, back ourselves and build something pretty special together.

My name. Our star. Our legacy. ⭐️

Forever grateful for you all. 💕
