Our first open class / Recruitment day for season 4 was a success !! 🤩And we couldn’t have done it without you, thank you for coming in yesterday and diving into our company’s ethos. The energy was amazing !!!

In case you missed it:
We gave a previewed to how rehearsals run—social warm-up, physical warm up, various training units and reflections except they’re usually 4 hours instead of 2.

For season 4 these are some of our focuses:
- Hip Hop grooves and house foundations
- Whacking foundations
- Freestyle
- Choreographic process
- Personal and company artistry
- Performance for video and for live performances
- History and cultural context of dance forms
- Implementing our foundations across various styles of movement
- Jazz Funk choreography
