Nothing beats the energy of this crew. Miles fly by when everyone is giving it their best and enjoying themselves.

What a privilege it is to age.
What a gift it is to still be here, still growing, still becoming♥️

Today was nuts, apart from getting extra miles in with @missqueentero, this has been my longest run by far.

Today’s field trip with the one & only @nobodycaresrunclub, thank you! Always lovely seeing everyone!
And @bodegamarket.shop thank you for having us!

I don’t think there’s a better feeling than realizing that you no longer live in the same realm you used to.
Growth is beautiful.

Side note: Definitely wasn’t shooting to PR, but maybe having to be at my kids soccer game on time right after the run, is a good reason to push myself 😅 My fastest 5k so far. Improved by 48 seconds🥳

Always a blast with the club!

The golden girls take on hill repeats!

What a fun morning! We ran up and down 8 times then jogged to get some coffee 🌟

This is is community, people who show up to suffer with you 🏃🏽‍♀️💨
