What’s crazier than finishing a half ironman? Finishing one 3 months pregnant!!!
16 weeks into training Joseph and I found out baby Werner would be joining us on Christmas day 2026. So incredibly proud to cross the finish line with our little girl and set an example that women can do anything! We can’t wait to meet you little bug!

2025 Was Epic

From marrying the love of my life to amazing places visited and time spent with the best friends in the world, 2025 I say thank you. I had the privilege to travel and meet my newest cousin Sydney and had the opportunity to spend more time at my favorite place in the entire world up north🌲

From visiting Lifetime 408 times in 2025, collectively Angela and I have lost 105 pounds and the community of gym friends have drastically changed and improved our life. We are incredibly excited for what 2026 may hold.
