Bye bye 2025!!!

This has been a really great year full of really great things and and I’m doing some of the best things that I’m most proud of. Some accomplishments this year:

1. Four(ish) premieres of my pieces!
2. Completion of my one act opera
3. Internship with Cincinnati Opera over the summer
4. Headshots 😎
5. Two new teaching positions at Cincinnati Tradition and Beechwood High School!
6. New kitty!
7. Formation of a yet unnamed rock band
8. Three commissioned copyist/arrangement projects
9. Nomination for the Presser Award!
10. Writing some of the best pieces I’ve ever made

This year also came with a lot of hardship, but I feel like I’ve taken everything with a smile and I’m still so proud of where I’ve ended up. I’ve already got great things cooking up for 2026, my graduation year! Love you all so much and I can’t wait for another year of friends old and new!

Goodbye 2024. Probably the year of the biggest changes I’ve ever had. There’s so many wonderful and difficult times and memories that have lived in this year. But I wouldn’t change anything. You need a balance of both to live an engaging life. Cheers to the best and the worst to come!

Thank you to everyone who has been in my life this year. Friends, classmates, coworkers, teachers, and employers. Luv y’all <3
