The brow lamination step by step video I thought I’d create. Being real, showing the process of how it gets done. A one hour appointment turned into a one minute vid.
Anyways, ENJOY.
Gorgeous transformation 🤍🌸

Dropping dress sizes and gaining confidence for this queen 💅🏽

And honestly… the dress size isn’t even the best part.

The best part is hearing a woman say her confidence is growing again!

Because that usually means there was a period where she didn’t feel like herself..

Where she was going to the gym, trying to eat well, doing all the things she thought she was supposed to do… yet her body still felt soft, stuck, and frustratingly the same.

That’s the stage so many women are in when they come to me.

They’re not beginners. They already train. They already care about their nutrition. They’re already putting in effort.

But their training lacks real structure, their calories fluctuate week to week, and their body is constantly stuck between trying to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. 👀

So the effort is there… but the results never fully land.

Once we bring in the right structure, everything starts to shift.

A training program that actually progresses.
Calories that support fat loss without draining her.
A clear plan so she’s not second guessing everything she’s doing.

And slowly her body starts responding.

Her waist tightens.
Her clothes fit differently.
Her physique finally starts looking like she actually trains 🍑

But the bigger shift is the way she carries herself.

She walks into the gym with certainty.
She trusts the process.
She feels proud of the woman she’s showing up as again!

That’s the real transformation 🐺

Not just dropping dress sizes… but rebuilding the confidence of a woman who knows she’s showing up for herself and following through.

And we’re only getting started with her.

If you’re already consistent in the gym but still feel like your body doesn’t reflect the effort you put in…

DM me SCULPT and let’s change that queen 🚀
