For some, summer means traveling, fancy dinners, trips to visit our sisters and making new memories. For others, summer looks like constantly working, staying home, summer classes, family time or simply just getting through the day.

There is no “right way” to spend your summer.

Social media can make it seem like everyone is having the “perfect” summer. What we see online isn’t the reality and it’s just a small part of someone’s life.

Your summer doesn’t have to look like everyone else’s. You don’t have to fill every day with plans. Resting is still a way to spend your summer. You’re not behind because someone else seems to be doing more. If all you did today was get out of bed, take a shower, eat something or rest, give yourself credit.

Theta MHC is ALWAYS here for you & always rooting for you. 🫂
