This is what a man looks like. Pictured with my daughter @alexellison24
John Sincerbeaux had a dream at 16 years old. This week he flies his last route as an American Airlines Captain on a Boeing 777. Air Force Academy graduate. 35 years in the air. Flight instructor. Accomplishments that .001% of people can comprehend, let alone achieve.
But the man part…
John came into my daughters’ lives through the misfortunes of divorce. He locked in. Every other week by decree I wasn’t there …John was. He supported them. Created a safe space. Provided for them. Did the absolute best for them.
He didn’t have to.
He showed up in all our lives 16 years ago and never wavered.
I just want to say how much respect, admiration, and love I have for this man.
Aloha John 🤙🙏❤️

Texas Founded. Texas Funded. Texas Filmed™️.
This isn’t just a mantra — it’s our model.

At MollyLlama Studios, we make independent feature films—developed, financed, and produced entirely in Texas by professionals who live and work here. We’re not parachuting in from other states to chase tax credits. We’re rooted here, building something lasting.

We intentionally research and film in communities—especially rural counties—where production can deliver meaningful financial impact. From the Gulf Coast to the West Texas mountains, we showcase the state’s natural beauty and complexity, using real Texas locations and characters to create globally resonant films with unmistakable regional soul.
With best-in-class talent, crew, and post-production resources right here in Texas, we don’t need to look elsewhere to make world-class films. Everything we need is in our own backyard—and we use it to build productions that are both creatively fearless and economically smart.

By exceeding TMIIIP incentive thresholds and aligning with the momentum behind the $500M
“True to Texas” initiative, MollyLlama Studios is helping set a new standard for what independent filmmaking looks like in America’s most dynamic creative economy.

Coming soon… “Tequila Mule”

Make Something -> Make Art -> Express yourself (it’s good for you)

Rumination’s on creativity and my time on Natural 20.
If you take away anything from this let that be to JUST START - whatever idea or plan you’ve had brewing up, that passion you’ve yet to act on, that grand project in your head… - know it WILL pass you by, you WILL keep it inside you. JUST START TODAY. Make that version one. Make SOMETHING.

Express yourself. And express yourself through creation. Pour your very fucking soul into that script, use your promises and guilt for that instrumental, confess into the strokes (strokes?? 🤨) of that painting. It’s good for you. And it makes good art. And I want more good art in the world.
