DAY 1,000. ❤️ 1,000 days ago, I was scared, uncertain, and simply trying to make it through each day. After reading Andy Frisella’s Mental Toughness, I wondered where I could be in the next 1,000 days if I committed to becoming a better version of myself. I had no idea what those 1,000 days would bring. Somewhere in that uncertainty, I took a chance on myself and 1st Phorm, a brand that had helped me reach my personal health goals. Little did I know it would become so much more than health and fitness. Life got heavy. I unexpectedly lost my Dad, close family members, and beloved pets. I’ve faced challenges that tested me in ways I never imagined. But through it all, God has been my rock and foundation. 🙏🏼 And people showed up. ❤️ A community became family. Strangers became friends. Through some of my darkest days, I’ve been surrounded by prayers, kindness, encouragement, and support. I am forever humbled and grateful for those who have stood beside me and continue to do so. In these 1,000 days, I’ve earned my nutrition certification, grown within my 1st Phorm family, continued pursuing my health goals, and had the blessing of inspiring and helping others along their journeys. But most importantly, I’ve grown as a woman and a mom. My children are my WHY. They give me reasons to keep going, find my voice, and fight for a safer, healthier, brighter future. ❤️ I’ve learned that mental toughness isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s surviving another day, finding the courage to speak up, accepting help, trusting God, and believing better days are ahead. 1,000 days ago, I had no idea how much I would need the strength I was trying to build. To everyone who has prayed for me, encouraged me, supported me, believed in me, or trusted me with your own journey… THANK YOU. TRULY. ❤️ Today, I still don’t know what the next 1,000 days will bring. But I know I’m not the same woman who started this journey. I’m stronger, wiser, still healing, still growing, and forever grateful. Here’s to the next 1,000 days. One day at a time, with faith, gratitude, and God as my foundation.

September flew by. 🙏 Another month filled with so much love, support, gratitude, and progress. A month ago, I was still in the early stages of recovering from surgery. Now I’m a month ahead of schedule and have been cleared to start running, hiking, lifting, and slowly getting back to normal. I couldn’t be more grateful for how far I’ve come. I even managed to sneak away for a few little road trips and adventures with Honey 🐾 — making some pretty special memories along the way. But one of the biggest reminders this month wasn’t just about recovery or getting back to the things I love — it was about the people around me. ❤️ The friends who showed up. The people who checked in. The people who continue to pray for me. The Better Together family, Run Club and everyone who helped me throughout my recovery. I’m incredibly grateful for the people God has placed in my life. I keep coming back to the same mindset: 1% better every day. A month ago, I couldn’t do many of the things I love. Today, I’m back doing them. That’s what 1% looks like. Three months left in 2026. Don’t waste them. Be grateful for where you are. Keep moving toward where you want to be. One day. One step. One percent at a time. The best is yet to come. 💪🙏
