Fall weekend at young life ! There is no greater joy than getting to be part of a fun get away weekend for kids who need it.

It was a good reminder that we’re all, in one way or another, carrying something. Be it heavy or light, getting to hear the silent struggles kids around my age are facing on a daily was eye opening.

Wanna know what to do with all the pain in such a broken world?

dumped from the villa too early, but seeing all the photos made my heart so happy. insta didn’t allow more than 20 tags but i am truly inspired by each and every work crew/ summer staff volunteer who gave up their summer so that kids could get to know jesus. those days were long, and at times unbearable, but the level of support everyone one had for each other, will stay with me for a life time. until we meet again, i promise i won’t get hit in the head next time 🙏

thank you JESUS for a month of serving you in a way i never have before!! witnessing over 400 campers give their lives to the Lord over these past few weeks is an incredible blessing i am so thankful i got to experience. this month the Lord taught me what complete reliance and trust in Him looks like and i am filled with so much gratitude knowing that i get to leave work crew with eyes fully set on Him and a heart eager to serve! late nights and early mornings working along side Christ centered people made it so fruitful and feel like home. i am so overjoyed to be wrapping up this month with new friends i'm so thankful to call family🤍

“HEY YALL,my names johanna and I’ll be your SERVER this week,any dietary restrictions?🕺🏻🍽️”. what a blessing it’s been to serve 1000+ kids in the month of july as christ served us:)) to be surrounded by like minded people as we serve food,scrub toilets,cut grass,clean tables etc has been a true joy has by the end of every week we saw how impacted those campers were. SO extremely thankful to the lord for letting me connect with this amazing crew as we watched 300+ teens give their lives to christ and come back home 🫂 ❤️THANK YOU JESUS FOREVER AND ALWAYS FOR LETTING THESE KIDS COME HOME!🫶🏽
