Two brothers. Two weight categories. Two gold medals. One historic Asian Games. 🇸🇦🥇🥇

Omar and Abdullah Nada delivered an unforgettable chapter in Saudi Arabian Ju-Jitsu history at the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026, with both brothers reaching the top of the podium.

Omar Nada entered the Men’s -94kg category with unfinished business after earning bronze at the previous Asian Games. This time, he went all the way, securing gold by submission in the final and becoming the first Saudi athlete to win an Asian Games gold medal in Ju-Jitsu.

The following day, 19-year-old Abdullah Nada made his Asian Games debut in the Men’s -85kg category. After a strong run through the competition, he produced a commanding 7–0 victory in the final to join his brother as an Asian Games champion.

Their success in Nagoya continued an exceptional year for the brothers, who had already won their respective -94kg and -85kg titles at the Asian Ju-Jitsu Championships in Almaty earlier in 2026.

From Asian champions to Asian Games champions, together.
