Our kids are watching, even when we don’t realize it. ❤️

I lost 127 pounds to become a healthier, stronger version of myself and to keep up with my boys.

Tonight was supposed to be an active rest day. But when my son texted asking to go to the gym so he could walk, how could I say no?

This is what leading by example looks like.

As moms, we can’t always control the choices our children make, but we can show them what consistency, discipline, and healthy habits look like.

Your fitness journey isn’t always just about you. Sometimes the biggest impact is on the little eyes watching you.

Be the example. They learn from what we do. 💪❤️

One hand on the wheel.
One can that never moved.
Whole yard. Bumps, turns, stacks, zero drops spilled.

That’s not luck. That’s balance.
And balance isn’t something you find it’s something you build, one rep, one shift, one hard day at a time.

Life’s gonna shake you. The road’s gonna get rough.
Stay steady anyway.

Show up. Do the work. Don’t spill what God gave you to carry.

No music. No podcasts. No distractions. Just me, my thoughts, and my peace.
Sometimes you need to turn the noise of the world off to hear what’s going on inside you. Growth happens when you stop running from silence and start facing yourself.

Sit in silence. Find your peace. Do the work. Become the person that you want to be. Do you think you can do it? #silence #peace #nonoise #nodistractions

Eating LESS doesn’t always mean eating RIGHT! 🔥

One of the biggest mistakes people make when trying to lose weight? Not knowing how much they’re actually eating.

Let’s break it down. 👇

❌ OVEREATING: Your weight-loss calorie target is 1,700, but you’re consuming 2,500 without realizing it. Even healthy foods have calories!

❌ UNDEREATING: Your target is 1,700, but you’re only eating 600. That’s not a smarter deficit. That’s extreme restriction that can leave your body underfueled, affect muscle retention, and make long-term progress harder.

✅ THE GOAL: A sustainable calorie deficit while getting enough protein, carbs, and fats to fuel your body.

That’s why I believe in tracking calories and macros!

It’s not about starving yourself. It’s not about obsessing over every bite. It’s about understanding what you’re putting into your body so you can make informed decisions.

Stop guessing. Start understanding. Fuel your body. 💪

👇 Be honest! Have you ever tracked your food and been surprised by how much—or how little—you were actually eating?

This is the body my excuses built.
This is the day my excuses die.
No flex. No filter. No hiding behind “tomorrow.”

I let comfort run my life long enough and it almost cost me to be the person that I want to be
So I’m confronting it. Front, side, and back.
I discipline my body and keep it under control. — 1 Cor. 9:27
I’m not motivated. I’m decided.
I’m not hoping. I’m at war with the old me.

We do the work. Every day. Especially on the days I don’t feel like it. #progress #noexcuses #1p #beuncomfortable

What type of Father will you choose to be?

What type of Father does your children deserve?

They are watching every move and decision you make. Everything you are is likely going to determine the type of people they become.

Choose wisely 💯
