Sleds are one of the simplest pieces of equipment to get started with. They can be used in many ways for upper and lower body training.

Our standard pulling distance comes straight from Louie: a tried and trusted 60 yards per trip.

For the warm-up shown here, we completed 8 trips: 4 forward and 4 backward, with 115 lb on the sled.

Each trip takes roughly 70 steps. Across 8 trips, that’s approximately 560 loaded steps before the main session even starts.

Using load multiplied by steps to track volume:
115 lb × 70 steps × 8 trips = approximately 64,400 lb of total training volume.

That’s one way we build additional work into a session. Start with a load and number of trips you can handle, then build up as your work capacity improves.

Happy 26 to me. Last year I was in New York upset with my life. This year I’m happy with everything I’ve done in the year. I’ve influenced a lot of people and brought good vibes and great memories. I already got my goals set here’s to another great year for me.

Two Weeks, Two Wins! ✌️

Michael @mhoodak Hudak lands an Armbar in the Co-Main Event at @f2wbjj 326 in Cleveland, Ohio, and then Immediately lands a Title Shot this Friday in Pittsburgh! 🙌

Does Michael go 3-0 and head home with a Belt? 🤷‍♂️

I was able to make it all the way to the end because I had everyone by my side.
Whether we were hanging out or going through tough training sessions, every moment was an absolute blast!
I’ll keep working on everything I learned this time, get stronger, and come back to America so I can catch up to all of you! 🇺🇸🔥
