Huge thanks to @bigjoserr and @jadedliftinglife89 for not only handling me yesterday but others and calling absolutely flawless attempts! Your commitment to this sport and your craft is nothing short of remarkable. And to my coach @exra.noodle for all my coaching and programming and unconditional tough love. I’m by far not the strongest but what I lack in strength I make up for in technique and that is all thanks to Ezra! Thank you to @lobo.powerlifting for keeping us all safe yesterday! And @powerlifting_america_newmexico for putting on a great meet! This was my first PA meet. And lastly to @cassi.niemann for being a great training partner among other things.

Step 2: Sign up for a powerlifting meet together.

Step 3: Go lift all the heavy weights!!

The total on the platform is great, but building something bigger with people who celebrate every PR, pick you up after every miss, and stand beside you every step of the way is the real win.

Grateful for this team, this gym, and this journey. Here’s to chasing bigger totals, making more memories, and proving that the strongest lifts are built on an even stronger community.
