Merci mademoiselle et encore toutes nos félicitations 🤍🧡🤍🧡

An intimate dinner by candlelight, surrounded by the people you love. Sometimes, Plan B turns out to be even more magical than the original plan.

Gerberas might actually be my favourite flowers ever.
If I ever get married, I think I’m stealing Susanna's floral idea.Maybe with even more colour.

This picture was ridiculously fun to make. A little fashion still life, a little wedding detail and, as my friend Edu pointed out, apparently I’m not immune to current trends either.

I’d seen this kind of shot floating around Pinterest and Su basically gave me all the right ingredients to play with it: the shoes, the flowers, the blue skies. So obviously I had to give it a go.

Also, no shoes were harmed in the making of this photograph.

Except one. Slightly.

Susanna knows. She forgave me. 😇🙏🫶

A Barcelona girl, a Belgian guy and 85 people in the Catalan hills.

Susanna & Sean brought 85 of their favourite people from all around the world to @thismustbetheplacebcn for one epic weekend.

Jo, one of the owners of this amazing masia, told me: you can’t see the sea from here, but you’re surrounded by a sea of mountains.

I mean… she’s right. This place is absolutely breathtaking.

🤩🤩🤩

And also, I will never get tired of saying it: multicultural weddings are my absolute favourite.

Different countries, different languages, people flying in from all over the place and eventually everyone ending up on the same dance floor.

But there’s another thing I love just as much: watching how my couples love each other.

And these two… they are SO in love. It’s ridiculous. In the best possible way.

They’re also just two genuinely lovely humans, which makes photographing them even better.

🫶

Give me 85 people in the mountains, a very good party and a couple who love each other like these two do, and I’ll never get tired of this job.

Thanks guys for making me part of such an amazing day. 🫶

And a big thank you to Jo & Duncan for welcoming us into your incredible home and being so lovely to work with.

To Meri, from @thegathering.es for keeping everything running smoothly, making the whole day look incredible and somehow making it all feel effortless.

And to the rest of the vendor team. Weddings are always a team effort, and a very good one when you get to work with people like this.
