My #viral APPLE quesadillas w/over 3 Million views are delicious for a quick weeknight dinner OR in a #Halloween lunchbox like this! 🍎🧀😋‼️

Why do I add apples? ⤵️
The sweetness of the apples balances out the saltiness of the ham and cheese, getting more fruits/veggies is always a plus, AND… kids love this combo! 🥰

Solo parenting tonight, so we’re pulling out the Halloween snacks and putting on a movie while I attempt to get dinner made. 😂🎃

Also, can we give @abesmuffins some love for their mini muffins? A favorite in our house and the easiest addition to these little snack trays.

Here’s hoping this buys me enough time to get dinner on the table!

A very special shoutout to @abesmuffins for sending us these coupons for Sophie’s 3rd birthday!

Abe’s has been such a gift to our family. From everyday dessert requests to birthday parties and celebrations where Sophie can’t eat the “regular” dessert, having something she can enjoy too has saved so many tears (hers AND mine!)

These cupcakes and cakes have become a true staple in our home, and I’m forever grateful for a company that helps make sure Sophie never feels like she’s missing out.

Thank you, @abesmuffins for making celebrations a little sweeter for our girl!

Abe's Mini Muffins Lemon Poppyseed (Miscellaneous) [Vegan, Soy-Free, Nut-Free]

Taste: First impression: it is so moist and smells delicious!! It is quite moist and pretty good overall, but not exceptional. They deliver a bright, zesty lemon flavor that avoids the artificial "cleaning product" aftertaste common in commercial lemon snacks, with a nice, authentic crunch from the poppy seeds. I do wish the lemon flavor popped a bit more. 7.25/10

Nutrition: Each muffin (24g) is 110 calories, providing 1g of protein, no fiber, 8g of added sugar, and 4.5g of saturated fat. Sugar is the number one ingredient. Ingredient Quality: They win points for being Non-GMO, vegan, and free of major allergens (no dairy, nuts, or soy). However, it is still a processed food relying on refined flour, sugar, and seed oils. It has roughly the same calorie density as most mini muffins. 4/10

Cost: A standard 10 oz box (about 12 mini muffins) typically runs around $5.00 to $6.00 (or $8 at Whole Foods), breaking down to roughly $0.40 to $0.50 per bite-sized muffin. Compared to standard, conventional mini muffins which cost practically pennies per bite, this is a premium price. However, if you specifically need a nut-free, dairy-free option for a school lunchbox, the market markup is standard for the category. 5.5/10

Overall: 5.6/10
Would I Buy Again? This absolutely has a time and place (probably when purchasing allergen-friendly options for an event or party), but not regularly.
