RB Scrimmage
I've ordered the clips:
1. Top spin receives
2. Rally ups
3. Out of system sets
4. Float receives
Taking on the feedback I got from last session - I'm trying to stabilise myself on contact. A flaw of mine is I'm constantly moving and carrying momentum into the pass. I am also being a clearer communicator with my passing line and shifting them according to the type of serve. There's still plenty to work on but I can already feel a different from the advice I've received. Please feel free to give me more advice and specify where possible. My float receives are definitely a big weakness but nothing that can't be fixed.
