Walking into the week like…

How do I describe what happened over the last few days in Vegas? One word that comes to mind: GRATEFUL. Great things take time to develop…and when they do, you realize that all the sacrifices, the hard work, the faith, the patience and perseverance through every high and low, are absolutely worth it. So excited for @tayborsnapping and for the entire KMM Family. We march onward!

“My heart is so full!” I have not stopped saying this all week at the NFL Combine, and I keep hearing the same thing from each of our KMM agents. Every person, every company - including every sports agency - has a core set of principles and values. These are communicated every day...not just with the words we say but with our actions and the way we value others. What an amazing week in Indianapolis with our KMM crew. The best part, as always, is advocating for our clients. But the second best part is building relationships, connecting with old friends, making new ones, and bonding as a team. All the years of sacrifice and building and believing are paying off. And it is such a joy to see each of these agents walking in their God-given purpose, choosing “the harder right” by seeking to make an impact on lives, and doing so with excellence and integrity. SO grateful!! #KMMfamily
