And just like that, 6+ years of school volleyball and travel ball have come to an end. 🏐🥹 Thank you to all the coaches who poured love and support into Abigail over the years, thank you to her teammates who gave her the best memories and friendships, and to the parents who became our family along the way. What a ride! Abigail, I don’t even know where to begin. So many years of practices, tournaments, long drives, early mornings, late nights, and memories I will cherish forever. Watching you grow into the player and young woman you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of being your mom. Your volleyball journey has been filled with so many accomplishments, including back-to-back All-Region and All-State honors and over 1,000 career assists as a setter. Those are things to be incredibly proud of, but what I am most proud of is the girl you are beyond the stats and awards. Your senior year brought change, new beginnings, and challenges you didn’t necessarily expect. Transferring schools and stepping into a new environment during your final year took courage, grace, and a willingness to keep showing up and giving your best. You continued to work hard, support your teammates, and carry yourself with strength through it all. Those are the things that matter long after the final whistle. I will miss watching you play more than words can say, but I am so proud of this journey, your accomplishments, the memories, and most of all, YOU. The volleyball chapter may be closed, but I cannot wait to see what God has planned for you next. Forever your biggest fan. 🩷Mom

Abby’s volleyball Journey has officially come to an end. 6+ years of pure dedication to the sport, her teammates, and her coaches. I could not be more proud of all of her amazing accomplishments: 2x All-Region, 2x All-State, 1300+ assists, and many more wins. Through the highs and lows, she has always persevered. Thank you to all of her coaches along the way. I will miss the non stop whistles, the parents screaming at a line judge or a ref (myself included 🟨), the late-night hotels, but mostly the car rides home where volleyball was hardly even mentioned—it was just a time for us to be together, enjoying each other’s company and maybe getting in a nap or two. Love you Abby, you’ll always be our #1.
