Last night, Harris Tapper celebrated the launch of the Spring Summer 2026 collection with an intimate gathering at Cross Art Books in Potts Point, Sydney, guests enjoying an apéritif by Paradise.

Vogue Fashion and Market Editor Isabella Mamas co-hosted the evening alongside friend and makeup artist Sean Brady, with the pair leading a conversation on image-making centred on Sofia Coppola’s The Virgin Suicides and the iconic imagery of Corinne Day.

Imagery sat at the heart of the evening. Thoughtfully curated by Mamas, the guest list reflected on the film’s distinct visual language and the shared perspective with Harris Tapper’s latest collection. Captured on the same lens used for The Virgin Suicides film, Spring Summer 2026 explores themes of morbidity through a youthful, feminine lens.

To celebrate Harris Tapper’s debut Cruise collection, founders Sarah Harris Gould and Lauren Tapper welcomed friends to Carthona, a grand mannerist Tudor Gothic mansion perched on the waterfront at Darling Point, Sydney. Built in 1841, the home has been privately held by one family since 1940.

Guests were dressed in pieces from the Cruise and Resort collections, dining on charcoal brioche, cucumber with caviar and a gothic sweet alter, accompanied by vermouth sodas and Gimlets.
