✨ One bite into Charoen Krung’s dishes and I was instantly transported to Bangkok. 🇹🇭🌶️

If you’re looking for authentic Thai food in NYC, this one’s worth adding to your list.

🍄 Started with:
• Crispy Mushroom: perfectly crunchy and addictive.
• Rice Noodle Rolls: silky, comforting, and packed with flavor.

🍛 Mains:
🥬 Charoen Krung Curry: rich, fragrant, and the kind of curry you’ll keep thinking about.
🍖 Khao Moo Dang Moo Krob: tender BBQ pork, crispy pork, and all the comforting goodness you could want in one plate (taking @abirbhattacharjee___ ‘s word for it)

🥥 Drinks:
🧋 Thai Iced Tea (non-negotiable every time 🤭)
🍸 Maprao Cocktail: coconutty, creamy, and dangerously easy to sip.

🍌 Dessert:
Banana Sticky Rice… because no Thai meal is complete without ending on a sweet note and Banana Sticky Rice is the new thing!!!

From the flavors to the presentation, every dish felt thoughtful and authentic. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. 🇹🇭❤️

Have you been here? What’s your go-to Thai order? 👇

Kabhi kabhi bade sapne dekh Lene chahiye,

Shayad upar wala dekh raha ho aur keh de: Tathastu!✨

From the streets of Khandwa and Indore, today when I flew to new york city and went for the Zakir Khan show at Radio city, It instantly hit me when he said, "Indore wale log give me a cheer!"

I remember the math teach in Catalyser who told me I can't go in the A section coz I'm not smart enough.

I remember the kids in my bus who used to bully me and mera mazaak udate the on any random thing coz I was the new kid in the city and didn't know anyone.

I remember the disappointment in my parents eyes when I failed JEE advanced in 2019 and had no clue what to do next.

I remember my batchmates in college who made fun of me for starting a YouTube channel and my weird accent and the first book I self published at 19.

I remember the doubt in the eyes of the academic dean of bits Goa when I told her I will drop out of college.

But here's the fun fact. No one remembers them. History doesn't remember the naysayers, the critics, those sitting on the sidelines and commenting on every one else instead of taking a bet themselves coz thats just too scary.

I know I'm not alone. We all face our own insecurities and fears, preventing us from being our best selves. But courage isn't the absence of fear, infact it's the opposite. It's acting in the face of fear. Executing knowing that you'll likely fail.

If I win, you all see it and I lead by example.

If I fail(which I do often), I love that Zakir Khan ka quote "kuch nai hoga to tajurba hoga".

What an epic US trip. New York, Las Vegas and San Francisco. Time to get back to Bengaluru and build.

6 saal se I've been making videos. But it still feels like day 1.
