☀️ SUMMER 2026 RECAP ☀️

What. A. Summer. 🔥

This has officially been our biggest summer yet, and I couldn’t be more grateful for every athlete, parent, and family who trusted us with their development this summer. & a huge shoutout to the amazing trainers that made this summer incredible!

From early mornings to late nights, we put in A LOT of work. 🫡

Hundreds of sessions. Countless reps. New athletes. Returning athletes. Personal bests. More confidence. More development.

And most importantly — a lot of athletes getting closer to reaching their TRUE POTENTIAL.

Summer may be over, but the work doesn’t stop.

If you didn’t get the chance to train with us this summer, or you’re looking to prepare for your upcoming winter or summer sport, now is the time to get started.

📲 Fall training is OPEN.

Let’s build now so you’re ready when it matters most.

The next season starts in what you do outside of it.

Last day files✨

With PT school starting and school starting up for athletes I worked with this summer, I didn’t want to forget to acknowledge all the opportunities and memories I had at Chiseled. It was great working with all the athletes.

Thank you @mingling28 and @coachrocky__ for all the opportunities you guys gave me and everything I learned. I know that everything I learned and all the experiences I had will take me far in the physical therapy world.

Thank you to the athletes for trusting me in your athletic journey! All of you guys have a special place in my heart. All of you guys are going to kill it during your upcoming seasons.

🚨 Every athlete wants to become faster and more explosive.

But here’s a question...

Can you control all of that speed and power?

One of the most overlooked pieces of athletic development is landing & deceleration—the ability to safely absorb force, stop on a dime, and change direction under control.

Think about how often it happens in sports:
🏀 Landing after a rebound
⚽ Cutting to beat a defender
🏈 Planting your foot before changing direction
⚾ Reacting to a ball and stopping suddenly

These are the moments where athletes are often at the greatest risk of injury if they lack body control and proper mechanics.

That’s why we don’t just train athletes to be explosive—we train them to control that explosiveness.

By emphasizing proper landing mechanics and deceleration, our athletes can:
✅ Improve body control and balance
✅ Reduce injury risk
✅ Develop quicker, more efficient change of direction
✅ Transfer force more effectively
✅ Build speed, power, and confidence that carries over to game day

You’re only as strong as your ability to control your movement.

Train the brakes just as hard as the gas pedal, and you’ll become a faster, safer, and more complete athlete. 💪

3 weeks down. The work doesn’t stop. 💪

Summer is where athletes separate themselves.

While others are taking time off, our athletes are building the habits, confidence, movement quality, strength, and athleticism that will show up when the lights come on.

We believe training should be about more than just lifting heavier weights.

It’s about:
✅ Moving better & more efficiently
✅ Reducing injury risk
✅ Building self-confidence & discipline
✅ Training a different way

Fall sports are just over a month away.

The question isn’t whether your competition is training...

It’s whether you’re doing enough to separate yourself from them.

Every workout is another opportunity to improve, gain confidence, and show up to tryouts more prepared than ever.

The athletes who commit now will thank themselves when game day arrives.

Let’s finish this summer strong. 🚀
