What’s better than @ablondewithabrew? (literally nothing) except maybe…… 2️⃣ blondes with 2️⃣ brews 😂
Last weekend I had the wonderful opportunity to get to hang out with Kate while she was in town! Here we are at @bottlecraftnorthpark crushing some brews from @theveilbrewing, we’re drinking Crucial Crucial Taunt Taunt - a DDH all citra DIPA 💛 Kate was also kind enough to bring me some bangers from @rusebrewing, @henhousebrewing and @cerebralbrewing!
@ablondewithabrew, you’re one of my favorite people on this whole dumb platform and I’m so happy you got to check off some bucket list breweries. Can’t wait until we can do it again 🍻

The beer journey continued in San Francisco with a double header starting with @citybeerstore and capping off the night @cellarmakerbrewing. All recommended by the amazing @ablondewithabrew and they did not disappoint, and everyone I met agreed these are the best spots in San Francisco. I started off the night with Mr. Oatastic (Pic 2) from @silvabrewing a brewery I’ve seen pop up a lot while in California. Smooth, robust, great notes of coffee, no additives or frills, a beautiful oatmeal stout. Then I had A Hemisphere Away from @moksabrewing and this was a great contrast. Subtly dank, strong, hoppy with light yet poignant grapefruit notes to make this West Coast IPA crushable even at 8%. I then ended the night at Cellarmaker with a flight, my favorite was Better Fiends (pic 1). Strong and full body, notes of coffee and light chocolate, this was a perfect porter to end the night with. This journey, especially when you’re traveling for work, it can get lonely. However, being at both locations and more open to meeting new people, I felt more at home. Talking about beer our upbringing, and sports with complete strangers is truly the heart of this beer journey. Spread joy. Be kind. And drink beer. Responsibly. 🍻🌉❤️

🎂 @kateschak ... the face behind @ablondewithabrew knew EXACTLY what she wanted...

One of the single most honest intake forms I've read as a new client coming into Team HLB...

🔅𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 to feel like I’m constantly dieting or needing to diet.
🔅𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 to go shopping and not buy clothes only because I don’t like them, not because I think they make me look heavy.
🔅𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 to look at my body and think how I would be jealous of it if it weren’t mine.
🔅𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 to maintain the progress and results I intend to make now.
🔅𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻.

🔅I don’t want to be preoccupied by my weight and body’s appearance anymore. I want to enjoy my body for its good health. I don’t want how my body looks to be my focus in every situation all the time.🔅

...and when a client is 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙏 clear, we know EXACTLY where we're headed and make a program geared toward HER destination...

...and here we are. 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀, 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲...

And now 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘏𝘓𝘉 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 and welcoming in new clients with messages like this:
👉🏻 "Working with Hannah is literally one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The weight loss is great, as is the physique transformation, but the change in my mindset is absolutely priceless. I have lost the whole feeling guilty when I eat something emotion." 👈🏻

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 "𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻" 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗼... if they did, she would have never needed our help.

🔆 This sounding better and better by the minute? Good... we don't mess around. 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗶𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟭:𝟭 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴!! 🔆

This beautifully poured #blackandtan comes from @five.0.five.brewing in Fremont, Nebraska. Their Strong Ale and Stout make an awesome black and tan! Check out my latest blog at joejavastout.com for the complete story on @five.0.five.brewing 🍻

Happy Friday!!! Kicking off the weekend with a @buoybeer NW Red Ale!

This awesome beer was personally delivered to me by @ablondewithabrew when she was in town. Thank you so much! It has a great balance of hop and malt.

I also wanted to post this beer because I love @ablondewithabrew and her page. Do yourself a favor and give her a follow. Recently she poked a little fun at someone who sent her a less than appropriate message. For this she has been shadow banned. Not familiar?
From Wikipedia - Shadow banning, also called stealth banning, ghost banning or comment ghosting, is the practice of blocking or partially blocking a user or their content from some areas of an online community in such a way that it will not be readily apparent to the user that they have been banned.

In my opinion it is outrageous to punish an account for calling out another on their story for bad behavior. Hopefully I won’t get penalized for this post.

Have you or someone you know been shadow banned for no good reason? Let me know.

Rant over, have a great weekend out there!

🎂 She hired me 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱...

And we accomplished 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁...

Don't take it from me, take a quick second and watch what THIS #craftbeer and #babygroot loving #chargenurse has to say about 𝘍𝘐𝘕𝘈𝘓𝘓𝘠 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘚𝘖 𝘓𝘖𝘕𝘎 with still enjoying the things she loved...

This past Saturday did a beer tour with @pintswithstang, @prn_beers, and @hoppy_urban_diversion

Perfect day for beer, laughs and an impromptu dj party. We stopped by @ghosttownbrewing, @thegoodhop, @therarebarrel and @wondrousbrewing.

@ablondewithabrew even made a cameo 🤣
