A handful of great performances this past weekend at the Pelican Relays in Baton Rouge:

📈 Justin Craft: 16.85m (55-03.50) for the meet win and a new PR in the Men’s Shot Put event. ✅

📈 Seth Smith: 49.95m (163-10), good enough for the runner up in the Men’s Discus Throw, establishing a new lifetime best. ✅

📈 Abner Johnson: 46.52m (152-07), improving on his lifetime best in the Discus Throw. ✅

A commendable performance all-around for this throws group! See you at the Leon Johnson Invitational! 😈
