D is for Design Protection !

The TEALS ABCs continue with D for Design Protection, where fashion, creativity, and the law all come together.

Before law school, TEALS member Jacquelyn McGaha worked as a runway show producer and stylist. Now, she’s bringing that experience into the legal world, with interests in intellectual property, contracts, and ethical production in the fashion industry.

From the runway to the courtroom, protecting creativity never goes out of style.

Stay tuned for the next letter !
