Are you going to try in 2021? What will you do different? How will you show up for yourself and others? What can be removed that isn’t serving you? What will bring you joy? These are some of the questions I am asking myself. I would love to hear some of your answers 💙🙏🏼

At the movement collective we are creating leaders and the most basic form of leading is learning to become a leader of your own life.
.
How well do you know your physical body? How much time have you spent exploring your bodies physical potential?
.
Are you ready to take control of your body? We have all the tools to get you started! Let us support you on your path of exploration.
.
Get to know your body really well. Learn how you can be your strongest most confident self, take responsibility for you and become a leader of your own life.

Play is always at the heart of our practice.
.
Our members show up because they want to, not because they have to. They know the value of doing things that put a smile on their faces.
.
What’s putting a smile on your face today?
