We are gameplanning for our final 2026 tour stop — our 12th Meet & Greet & rEECh on the Road Panel — coming to Nashville on November 5 at Nissan Stadium!

Pro Football Hall of Fame member Earl Campbell and PPF Ambassador Tyler Campbell will host this special evening, welcoming the Multiple Sclerosis community and their families and caregivers for an evening centered around connection, conversation and community.

As part of Pro Player Foundation’s Educate. Elevate.Collaborate.Initiative, our rEECh on the Road Panel will feature renowned Vanderbilt MS specialists Dr. Olivia Gruder, MD, and Dr. Harold Moses Jr., MD, who will share knowledge, perspectives and insights to empower and elevate those living with Multiple Sclerosis and the people who support them.

My 1st day back at the gym after a break didn’t go as well as I had hoped. I managed to do two stability/balance movements and one strength movement. I really had to push through the fatigue to finish my sets. My balance and stability were not the same leaving the gym as they were when I walked in. My nervous system was so overwhelmed, my body started going into muscle spasms, so I had no choice but to take the rest of the day off and stay at home and rest. Living with MS is a daily uphill battle. I never know what fight I’m walking into when I wake up and every moment of every day is different, but quitting and giving up is not an option for me. I refuse to let this disease dictate my life. Stay strong & fight on! 💪🧡👊🤙

I had my weekly PT today. I’m still recovering from having my back go out, so I wasn’t able to do as much as I had hoped, but I did as much as my body would allow. Thank you to my physical therapist Kimberly Jones, PT, DPT at TriStar for her patience and guidance! 🙏💪🧡

Nutrition is an essential part of staying healthy with MS! I always prefer home cooked meals rather than eating out, especially with my dietary restrictions (Dairy & Gluten allergy). Part of what you get out of your body is what you put in! 🍚🍗🍍

I was so excited to finally get back on the mat and then my back went out on me in the middle of class. 😔 So disappointed and frustrated, but I’m hoping for a quick recovery so I can get back to training. For every step forward, I seem to take ten steps back. Being a Jiu Jitsu practitioner to begin with isn’t easy and having MS makes it harder, but giving up and quitting is something I refuse to do! Time to go see Dr. Anthony Turner & the crew @gallatinchiropractic so they can put me back together! A huge thank you to my husband and Professor, Sebastian @thebigrig81 and my friend and team mate Bry @bananapeelay. You know you have amazing people around you when they are more then happy to help you change out of your GI because you can hardly support your own body weight!
