I FIGURED TRANSITIONS OUT?!?!

I haven’t been on the sim in about 4 weeks, but today it seems like something has just clicked? Before today, I could not figure out transitions and I had no idea what people actually meant when they talked about “weight transfer”… NOW I THINK I’VE GOT IT 🥳

Super excited with the progress, can’t wait for my drift day at @santapodraceway in a couple of weeks 🪩✨

LIVERY REVEAL FOR @apmc_official
This weekend is going to be my first FIA-sanctioned international event, and I’m driving the Mclaren 720S GT3 in Assetto Corsa against some of the best in the world 🤯

Hoping I can get into the grand finals to be able to show this car off on the broadcast but either way, I’m super proud of qualifying to be on this crazy stacked grid and it’s a massive honour to be competing internationally as Team India! 🇮🇳🤝

RMC UKC National Trophy 🟠🟡⚪️

Friday Practise - We showed strong pace all day depsite suffering some technical issues which limited our track time considerably.

Saturday TQ & Heats - Another technical issue meant we didnt get out for the warm up. A rushed engine swap before TQ left us nervous but I manged to put myself P10 in group even though it was my first lap of the day.
Heat 1 was difficult as a tough start had us pick up a nose cone penalty which meant we finished P18 instead of a solid Top 10 result.
Heat 2 was better despite being put onto the dirt on lap 1. However I manged to pull off an excellent comeback drive all the way back to P12.

Sunday Superheat & Final - We started P13 in the superheat but a race full of crashes out of my control meant we picked up a nose cone penalty meaning we finished further towards the back instead of being just outside the top 10.
This meant we had a repacharge to attend to where we started P2. On the race start I went for a move round the outside at turn 1 which worked but on the exit, I got clipped turning my kart around and onto the grass. This unfortunately was the end to my campaign.

Not the way we wanted to end the weekend at all but thats racing sometimes.

We move onto the last round of WMKC this weekend 🫡

UKC National Trophy over and out 🟠🟡⚪️

Not the result we wanted at all despite having the pace to fight at the very front. Unfortunately, some drivers need to learn how to race with more respect. This made our weekend 10x harder than it needed to be resulting in an early depature 🤷🏼‍♂️
