Episode 3: “Letting Go of What Could’ve Been” is … OUT NOW!! 💛
🎙️While it’s healthy to feel… we never meant to sit in the dwelling. The Lord knows your heart and will never ask you to let go of something if He didn’t have something greater in store.

We challenged ourselves to buy alarm clocks (right from amazon!) to not rely on our phones to wake us up.. and it was transformational. Our bibles were the first things we grabbed in the morning and the last thing we put down before we went to bed, and the peace+clarity that came with this was beyond understanding.

Community, community, COMMUNITY!!! We couldn’t stress this enough. Connecting in groups with people your age will help you see that all your struggles aren’t faced alone after all, and we’re all in this walk together.

Prayer shouldn’t stop in the prayer closet, it should be during your drives. Your walks to class. Before meals. Treating prayer as an ongoing conversation helps us stay aware of His presence and intentionality in all that we do.

This one is a hard bandaid to rip off, but there is so much external noise when we fill the spaces in our mind with things that aren’t feeding our souls. The voice of God is described as a still voice (1 Kings 19:11-12), and sometimes to hear it.. all we need to do is unplug.

We cannot truly hear and follow the will of God if we don’t speak His language. He speaks to us through music, people, dreams, visions… and HIS WORD. The Word is living and active, we have to exercise it!

We can do all these things and sometimes just feel alone. We were never made to figure this out without fellowship, and inviting others into our faith journey, who can help keep us accountable, will help you grow immensely.
